About Me

I am a Research Associate Professor of neuropsychology at the University of Florida. I research cognition and behavior in aging, memory in dementia and Parkinson’s disease, and postoperative cognitive decline. My neuroimaging specialty is with structural MR images, such as T1-weighted, T2-weighted, and diffusion weighted images. I use a variety of macOS and Linux software to process and analyze MR images including FreeSurfer, FSL, ITK-SNAP, Convert3D, and ANTs.

This site represents a work in progress, although I no longer update the site. The guides I posted might not be valid any more. Feel free to offer suggestions for and expansions to it.
